William Newman

Business Development Manager

William Newman is passionate about real estate and building strong, lasting relationships. Born and raised in Milwaukee, he quickly recognized that real estate is a key driver of wealth in America. With a background in accounting, numbers have always been his strong suit. His ability to analyze deals, assess cash flow, and evaluate returns made his transition into real estate seamless.

As the Business Development Manager for Real Property Management Dairyland, William’s role is centered around fostering strong relationships with property owners and ensuring that great investments stay great investments. His expertise in financial analysis, market trends, and strategic planning helps property owners maximize their returns while maintaining the long-term value of their assets.

In addition to his role, William is a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker and has had the privilege of training under some of the most accomplished business leaders in the state. His dedication to continuous learning and professional growth ensures that he stays ahead in the ever-changing real estate market.

Beyond his career, William enjoys live jazz music, biking Wisconsin’s scenic trails, reading, and spending quality time with his daughter. His passion for both real estate and community drives him to create meaningful, successful partnerships with clients and colleagues, alike.

David Trujillo

Leasing Coordinator

David brings a strong background in customer service, marketing, and property management to his role as Leasing Specialist. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he’s passionate about connecting with people and helping them navigate the leasing process with clarity and care. Whether it’s answering questions, guiding applicants step by step, or helping someone find the right place to call home, David’s people skills and attention to detail make him a valuable resource for prospective tenants throughout their journey

David thrives on building relationships and making the rental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. His ability to communicate effectively across cultures and situations makes him an essential part of our team and a trusted guide for those searching for their next home.

Outside of work, David enjoys swimming, reading, karaoke (especially in the car), spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors.

Office Coordinator

Danielle is our Office Coordinator. In the positions she has held throughout her varied career, she has focused on helping people, and she carries that passion into her role at RPM Dairyland. Danielle prides herself on her responsiveness and attention to detail, and she is dedicated to giving support to our team in order to provide exceptional service to our valued tenants, owners, team members, and partners. Outside of work, Danielle loves spending time with her wonderful husband, 3 children, and friends, and she is often busy reading the next novel for book club, watching a favorite series or new movie, or planning travel to a location she has never visited.
